Cliff Notes Week 3: Pace Changes



Photo Sequence

Normal pace = body is upright, walking flat on soles of your feet.







 Slow Pace = body is slightly leaning back as you are almost walking on the heels of your feet.




 Fast Pace = both arms should come up, like a runner, and the body should lean forward slightly as you jog
