You need to have a YouTube account
1) Upload your video to YouTube. You can do this from your desktop or from a fairly current phone that has YouTube on it. 2) Click on the video you want to share.
3) Mark it "Unlisted"
4) Scroll down a bit and right next to “About”, click on “Share”
5) Next to “Share this video”, click on “embed”
6) Copy and paste the code into the HTML of your blog post
How to upload a YouTube video so it shows up as a picture (not code or a link)
Please post on a New Post
Have your blog open to a New Post, then go to YouTube
1) The easiest way to do this is go to your Video Manager in YouTube.
2) Click on the photo of the video you want to upload.. (your video should have a title, do here /save)
3) The video opens into a window where the video begins to play
4) There are 3 icons to choose from under the video, Add to, Share or More
4) Click on SHARE which then becomes SHARE in bold with an arrow pointing towards it
5) Click on Embed which opens up another window with Code highlighted in blue
6) Do a "Copy" of that code in blue (I usually do a right chick on my mouse)
7) Go to your New Post that is open
8) MAKE SURE your page is open to HTML (not compose)
9) Do a Paste and the code you just copied should show up immediately
10) Click on Compose to see your video
11) Entitle your New Post
12) Click on Save and Publish
Voila...your video is now saved in this blog under the Blog Archive so easy to find. Your video opens immediately as a picture window.
